Muir House and The Beeches, Royal Tunbridge Wells, are typical of the type of projects that we undertake.

A pair of five and six bedroom Edwardian villas in the centre of the town. The project value was approximately £900,000 and we completed the build in 14 months. We were actively involved with our client in finalising the internal specification.

Our clients, Roi Projects are bespoke developers with whom we have ongoing business.

MDS was established to provide development services for private clients and bespoke developers. Our range of services are tailored to suit client specific needs. We can provide planning and design consultation, technical approvals and complete building projects. We can also arrange funding if required.
