Bob Moran - Managing Director
Having qualified at the South Bank, he went on to spend 10 years with Wimpey Construction working on a number of commercial projects in the centre of London.
He left Wimpey in 1985 and joined Rydon Homes where he progressed over the next 15 years to Managing Director of the group’s Private Development division.
MDS was formed in 2005 bringing the skills and services that he had acquired to private clients and bespoke developers.
Lee Bates - Construction Manager
Lee joined MDS in 2007 and has quickly established himself as a driving force in managing our projects to time and quality requirements.
Clare Proctor - Office Manager
Clare leads the office team in providing essential back up services to the production team.
Dean Downs - Purchasing Manager
Dean’s background working with one of the UK’s leading Builders Merchant Groups has given him the experience required to work with a wide variety of clients. He provides valuable client support throughout the product selection process.
Gavin Gray -Project Manager
Gavin is responsible for managing and co-ordinating the company’s activities on high value projects in the Surrey area.
